Official Statement of Victor Taichung on Global Export Controls and Strict Civil-Use-Only Policy

Amidst recent global geopolitical developments and increased public scrutiny regarding the flow of high-tech and precision machinery exports, Victor Taichung Machinery Works Co., Ltd. fully recognizes its profound corporate social responsibilities and international obligations. To prevent any misunderstanding by the public, our partners, or media reports, we hereby issue this official statement to unequivocally reaffirm our commitment to international regulations and outline our concrete actions:

1. Strict Adherence to Civil Use and Absolute Ban on Military Applications 
Victor Taichung solemnly declares that we will sell, transfer or release our goods (including equipment, replicas, technology, and software) to those customers who use them for civil use only. We will never provide our products or services to customers who are involved in the development or production of weapons of mass destruction, such as nuclear weapons, biological/chemical weapons, and missiles.

2. Comprehensive Compliance with International Sanctions 
Victor Taichung strictly complies with all export control policies and international sanctions. Our products will never be exported, transshipped, or delivered to countries sanctioned by the United Nations, EU, USA, and Taiwan (such as Russia, Belarus, Iran, Iraq, North Korea, Syria, and Sudan).

3. Enhanced Distributor Management and Due Diligence 
To ensure that the end-use of our equipment strictly aligns with international laws, Victor Taichung has comprehensively upgraded its supply chain and export control mechanisms:
• End-User Verification: 
We strictly require all global distributors and partners to sign End-User Certificates and Non-Transshipment Affidavits, guaranteeing that our products will not be rerouted to high-risk or sanctioned regions.
• Zero-Tolerance Policy: 
Should any distributor or partner be found suspected of, or proven to be, violating international sanctions, Victor Taichung will immediately halt all shipments, suspend all after-sales warranties and maintenance services for existing machines, and terminate the partnership unconditionally.
